Nancy Khuu serves as Vice President of Operations for The Turnout. She brings her experience in press relations, social work, and education to her role. Nancy has worked in education for over twenty years as a teacher, instructional leader, and professional development consultant. She collaborates with teachers and school leaders to provide coaching and staff development on pedagogical practices, content knowledge, and data analysis to improve teaching and learning for all students. Nancy has provided professional development on student engagement, foundational reading skills, and other literacy instruction. She has presented about early writing instruction for preschool students at the NCTE conference and about coaching through lab sites at the ASCD conference. Nancy will be presenting at the Learning Forward Conference in December about coaching instructional coaches. She earned her BA in English from Hartwick College, her MA in Curriculum and Instruction from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her MS in Leadership and Administration from Fordham University.
