Tifawni Haynes is an Analyst for The Turnout. For the Overseas Voting Initiative—a partnership between The Council of State Governments and the Federal Voting Assistance Program—Tifawni heads up the outreach campaign to encourage state and local election officials to participate in the EAVS Section B Data Standardization project. She is currently a senior at the University of Maryland, majoring in Political Science.
