Tifawni Haynes is an Analyst for The Turnout. She leads the outreach campaign for the Overseas Voting Initiative—a partnership between The Council of State Governments and the Federal Voting Assistance Program—encouraging state and local election officials to participate in the EAVS Section B Data Standardization project. Tifawni holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
